Autism, Workplace Design, & Well-being Study.

Using the neurodiversity paradigm and person-environment fit theory as frameworks, the purpose of this study is to investigate the psychosocial and physical elements of the office environment in relation to autistic employees’ attitudes and well-being. This research was reviewed and approved by Florida International University’s Internal Review Board, which ensures research studies involving human participants abide by ethical guidelines.

To participate, individuals must be autistic adults (18+) who work in an office environment. Those who are currently working remotely as a result of the COVID-19 pandemic, but were working in an office environment prior, also qualify. Eligible participants must reside in the U.S., Canada, the U.K., Ireland, Australia, New Zealand, or South Africa.

The survey is 25 to 35+ minutes long and must be taken in one sitting on a computer device. After submission, participants will be compensated with a $15 Amazon eGift card. Participation is strictly confidential. If you qualify and would like to participate, please refer to the contact information on the flyer.
